Arm Balance Foundations
Break down crow pose, side crane, and flying pigeon in a supportive 2‑hour session. We'll use drills, props, and partner work to build the strength and confidence to balance on your hands. No prior arm balance experience required.

Restorative Sound Bath
An evening of supported rest accompanied by live crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle aromatherapy. You'll be guided into deeply calming restorative poses while sound vibrations wash over you. Leave feeling completely reset.
