Hot yoga class

Hot Yoga

95°F / 40% humidity · 60 or 75 min

A dynamic, full-body vinyasa flow practiced under gentle infrared heat. The warmth loosens tight muscles, elevates heart rate, and encourages detoxification through sweat. Our teachers offer modifications for every level, making this class accessible whether you're a seasoned practitioner or taking your first heated class.

  • Infrared panels warm you from within – no stuffy forced air
  • Builds cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength
  • Emphasis on breath-to-movement connection

Slow Flow

80°F · 60 min

A mindful, unhurried practice where each pose is held for several breaths. The room is gently warmed to keep muscles supple, but the focus stays on alignment, sensation, and the subtle transitions between shapes. Expect longer floor sequences, hip openers, and a meditative pace.

  • Perfect for beginners or those returning from injury
  • Deepens mind-body awareness through slower pacing
  • Includes guided pranayama and short meditation

Frequently asked

What should I bring to class?

We provide mats, towels, and filtered water. Wear comfortable athletic clothing. For hot yoga, we recommend moisture-wicking layers. For restorative, bring socks and a long-sleeve top – your body temperature may drop during long holds.

I’ve never done yoga before. Which class should I start with?

Slow Flow or Restoration are excellent entry points. Our teachers give clear, step-by-step instructions, and the pace allows you to learn fundamentals without feeling rushed.

How hot does the hot yoga room actually get?

We maintain the room at 95°F with about 40% humidity. It’s warm enough to deepen your stretches but not so extreme that it feels suffocating. Most new students adjust within the first 10 minutes.
