Health & Safety
Your well‑being is at the center of everything we do. Here's how we keep our space clean, safe, and welcoming.
Studio Cleanliness
- High‑touch surfaces (door handles, counters, lockers) are sanitized multiple times daily.
- Mats and props are wiped down after every class with non‑toxic, fragrance‑free cleaning solution. We also deep‑clean all props weekly.
- Bamboo flooring is swept and mopped between classes using a gentle, plant‑based cleaner.
- Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance and in the restroom.
Air Quality & Ventilation
Our studio is equipped with a HEPA air filtration system that cycles the air continuously. For hot yoga classes, infrared panels warm your body directly rather than recirculating hot air, which reduces stuffiness. When weather permits, we open windows before and after class to let in fresh air.
Illness Policy
If you are feeling unwell — especially with a fever, cough, or other symptoms of a contagious illness — please rest at home. We ask that you do not attend class while symptomatic. This protects our teachers and your fellow students. If you need to cancel due to illness, contact us; we may waive the late cancellation fee at our discretion.
Injury Prevention
- Arrive a few minutes early and inform your teacher of any injuries, recent surgeries, or physical limitations.
- Our teachers are trained to offer modifications and will never push you beyond your comfort zone.
- Listen to your body. Pain is a signal, not a goal. Resting in child's pose or taking a break is always encouraged.
- Stay hydrated, especially before and after hot yoga classes.
Hydration & Nutrition
Filtered water is available free of charge. We recommend arriving well‑hydrated and avoiding heavy meals 2 hours before practice. A light snack such as fruit or nuts about 30 minutes before class is fine.
COVID‑19 & Other Communicable Diseases
As of 2026, masks are optional in the studio. We continue to monitor public health guidance and will adjust policies if needed. If you prefer to wear a mask during class, you are welcome to do so. Virtual classes remain an option if you wish to practice from home.
Emergency Procedures
Our staff is trained in basic first aid and CPR. A first aid kit is located behind the front desk. In case of an emergency, we will call 911 and assist until professional help arrives.
