Refund Policy

Flux Yoga Studio strives to provide a high‑quality experience. If something hasn't met your expectations, we want to make it right. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend a booked class. We encourage you to use our cancellation window to avoid losing a credit, and to reach out if extenuating circumstances apply.

Drop‑In Classes

• Single class purchases are non‑refundable.
• If you cancel at least 2 hours before class, the credit will remain on your account for future use within the validity period.
• Late cancellations and no‑shows result in loss of the credit.

Class Packs

• 5‑class and 10‑class packs are non‑refundable.
• Packs have expiration dates: 60 days for 5‑class packs, 90 days for 10‑class packs. Unused classes after expiration are forfeited.
• In the case of a documented medical issue, we may extend the expiration date or transfer remaining classes to a different pack. Contact us for consideration.

Monthly Unlimited Membership

• Memberships are non‑refundable for the current billing cycle.
• You may cancel auto‑renewal at any time with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing date. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• If you are unable to practice due to a medical condition, we can freeze your membership for up to 30 days. No refunds are given for the freeze period.

Introductory Trial

• The 2‑week new student trial is non‑refundable.
• The trial begins on the date of your first booked class, not the purchase date.

Workshops and Special Events

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the workshop start time are eligible for a full refund or credit toward another workshop.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non‑refundable.
• If Flux Yoga cancels a workshop, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Private Sessions

• Private session packages are non‑refundable.
• Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations result in loss of the session.

How to Request a Refund or Credit

If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us in writing at [email protected]. Include your full name, the purchase details, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
