Your first visit: step by step
-
Choose a class
Browse our three styles. If you're unsure, Slow Flow or Restoration are great starting points. Check the schedule and pick a time that works for you.
-
Book your spot
Reservations are recommended. Use the "Book a Class" button on our site or call (929) 242-6873. Walk‑ins are welcome if space allows, but booking guarantees your mat.
-
Prepare your gear
We provide mats, towels, and filtered water. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. For hot yoga, moisture‑wicking fabric is ideal. For restorative, bring socks and a light long‑sleeve layer – you'll be holding poses for several minutes.
-
Arrive a few minutes early
Doors open 20 minutes before class. Arrive at least 10 minutes before your session to check in, store your belongings, and settle onto your mat. Late entry may not be permitted.
-
During class
Listen to your body. Our teachers offer modifications and will never push you beyond your comfort zone. It's perfectly fine to rest at any time. No one is watching – the room is a judgment‑free zone.
-
After class
Take your time. Hydrate, stretch, and feel free to ask the teacher questions. We'd love to hear about your experience.
